In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Authorised Place of Entry and Departure — BAAFEx 2025) Notification 2025.
Temporary authorised place of entry and departure
2.  Changi Exhibition Centre, 1.5 km NNE (042) of Runway 20(L) threshold at 9 Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498760, is an authorised airport, an authorised point of entry, and an authorised point of departure —
(a)only for the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of the class of persons who arrive in Singapore, or leave Singapore, by air on any aircraft displayed, or to be displayed, at the Business Aviation Asia Forum and Expo 2025 (also known as BAAFEx 2025); and
(b)only for the period between 2 March 2025 and 8 March 2025 (both dates inclusive).
Rates for separate and exclusive immigration clearance
3.  For the purposes of section 5(6) of the Act, the rates specified in the Schedule are payable, by Experia Events Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200514373E) to the Controller, for or in connection with immigration clearance performed by any number of immigration officers determined by the Controller, at the place and during the period specified in paragraph 2.
