International Arbitration (New York Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the International Arbitration Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the International Arbitration (New York Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 28th March 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the International Arbitration (New York Convention Countries) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately below the word “Benin”, the words —

(b)by inserting, immediately below the word “Bostwana”, the words —
 “Brunei Darussalam
25th July 1996”;
(c)by inserting, immediately below the word “Jordan”, the words —
 “Kazakstan

(d)by inserting, immediately below the word “Kuwait”, the words —

(e)by inserting, immediately below the word “Lesotho”, the words —

(f)by inserting, immediately below the word “Mali”, the words —
