Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Cheng San—Seletar Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Cheng San CC Active Ageing Mind Games (Mahjong) @ Cheng San CC” to be held on 13th March 2011 at the multi-purpose hall of Cheng San Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Cheng San — Seletar Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 11th March 2011.
Cancellation
3.  The Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 79/2011) is cancelled.
