(Commencement) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Teo Chee Hean, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the public sector, makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.

2. The Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 comes into operation on 1 April 2018.
