(Income Tax) (Amendment)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Income Tax) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Income Tax) Order (O 38) is amended by deleting “$30” in the second column of item (1) and substituting “$33”.
