Public Transport Council
(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(2)(g) of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 24 March 2016.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 83/2016) is amended by inserting, immediately after “24C(5)” in paragraph (a), the words “or 24D”.
