Fire Safety Act
(Chapter 109A)
Fire Safety (Dangerous Trades or Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Dangerous Trades or Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  The Schedule to the Fire Safety (Dangerous Trades or Purposes) Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “24 per annum” in the second column of item 2 (a) and substituting the words “48 per annum”; and
(b)by deleting the words “36 per annum” in the second column of item 5 (a) and substituting the words “48 per annum”.
