Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Environmental Pollution Control Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) Regulations 1999 (G.N. No. S 158/99) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$62.50” in paragraph (a) of item (1) and substituting “$65”;
(b)	by deleting “$250” in paragraph (b) of item (1) and substituting “$260”;
(c)	by deleting “$500” in paragraph (c) of item (1) and substituting “$520”; and
(d)	by deleting “$26” in item (2) and substituting “$27”.
