Arms and Explosives (Amendment) Act 2002

Arms and Explosives (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Arms and Explosives (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Arms and Explosives (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  The Arms and Explosives (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 21st March 2003.
