(Relief from Income Tax) (Revocation)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act 1967, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Revocation) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 March 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Regulations (Rg 1).
