Animals and Birds (Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80(1) of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and shall come into operation on 16 January 2015.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Animals and Birds (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 5) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “42(1)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “41C(2), 42(1), 43(3), 43A(2), 43B(3) and (4)”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after “49(3),” in paragraph (a), “52A(7),”.
