Housing and Development Act
(Chapter 129)
Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 29th March 1996.
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in the precincts.

Made this 26th day of March 1996.
