Animals and Birds (Pigeons) (Amendment)
Rules 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 65 and 70 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Pigeons) (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Amendment of rule 5

2. Rule 5 of the Animals and Birds (Pigeons) Rules (R 4) is amended by deleting “$40” and substituting “$45”.
