Appointment of Commissioner of Building Control
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development has appointed the Chief Executive of the Building and Construction Authority to be the Commissioner of Building Control, with effect from 1st April 1999.
2.  Notification No. N 1 is cancelled.
