Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Amendment of regulation 13

2. Regulation 13 of the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations (Rg 11, 2000 Ed.) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$120” in the 1st line of paragraph (6) and substituting “$125”; and
(b)	by deleting “$11” in paragraph (7) and substituting “$12”.
