Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act (Commencement) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.

2. The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
