Fees (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2002.

Fees

2.—(1) A fee of $45 shall be payable to the Director, Criminal Investigation Department, Singapore, for the issue of a certificate stating that the person named therein has not been convicted of any crime in Singapore prior to the date of the issue of the certificate.

(2) An additional fee of $5 shall be payable in the case where the certificate is posted to an applicant outside Singapore.

Revocation

3. The Fees (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S 438/2001) is revoked.
