Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 19th May 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (f), the following item:

“(g)	Regulation 9 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Air) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 134/2005).”.
