Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Delete paragraph (a).

Item 11

Insert, immediately after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:

“(g)	The areas off Lorong 4 and Lorong 7, Toa Payoh and delineated in Plan 642.”.

(b)

Item 12

Insert, immediately after paragraph (v), the following paragraphs:

“(w)	The area off Jurong West Street 61 and delineated in Plan 643.

(x)	The area off Jurong West Central 1 and delineated in Plan 644.”.

(c)

Item 21

Re-letter the item as paragraph (a) of that item, and insert immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“(b)	The areas off Toh Guan Road and delineated in Plan 645.”.
