Companies (Cancellation) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “corporation” in section 4(1) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Cancellation) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.
Cancellation
2.  The Declarations — Public Authorities — Consolidation (Decl 3) and Gazette Notification No. 878 published on 1st April 1999 are cancelled.

Made this 24th day of March 2003.
