Business Registration (Exemption of Accounting Firms) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1)(k) of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Business Registration (Exemption of Accounting Firms) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
Exemption
2.  The Business Registration Act shall not apply to any accounting firm registered under the Accountants Act 2004 (Act 4 of 2004).
