Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006

Workplace Safety and Health Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006 shall come into operation on 1st March 2006.
