| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 6th February 2010. |

| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “ABN Amro Bank NV” in item (76) and substituting the words “The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V.”. [G.N.
