Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2012.

Approved institutions

2. The Minister hereby approves the following institutions for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st April 2012:

(1)	Adventist Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre;
(2)	Alzheimer’s Disease Association — New Horizon Centre (Tampines);
(3)	Apex Day Rehabilitation Centre for Elderly;
(4)	Marine Parade — Aspiration Elderly Lodge;
(5)	Singapore Anglican Community Services — Hougang Care Centre;
(6)	Singapore Anglican Community Services — Simei Care Centre;
(7)	Society for the Physically Disabled — Community Rehabilitation Centre;
(8)	Society for the Physically Disabled — SPD Ability Centre;
(9)	St Hilda’s Community Services Centre (Ageing in Place);
(10)	St Joseph’s Home;
(11)	St Theresa’s Home;
(12)	Sunlove Abode for Intellectually Infirmed Ltd (Sunlove Rehab Centre @ Ang Mo Kio);
(13)	Tembusu Rehab and Day Care Centre;
(14)	The Salvation Army (Bedok Multiservice Centre);
(15)	TOUCH Community Services Ltd — TOUCH Home Care (Jurong);
(16)	TOUCH Community Services Ltd — TOUCH Home Care (Toa Payoh);
(17)	TP Healthcare Ltd;
(18)	Tsao Foundation;
(19)	Villa Francis Home for the Aged.
