National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the National Registration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  The Schedule to the National Registration Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

1. For the issue of an identity card to a citizen of Singapore —
