Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.—(1)  The Companies (Amendment) Act 2004 shall, with the exception of section 28 (a) and (c), come into operation on 1st April 2004.
(2)  Section 28 (a) and (c) shall come into operation on 1st October 2004.
