Environmental Public Health Act
(CHAPTER 95)
Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees)
Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 94(5) and 113 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.
Fees
2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof shall be payable to the Ministry of the Environment.
