Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 28th March 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 5 of the Schedule to the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 59/2003) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“5. All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Holland Oasis comprised in Lot numbers 3778, 3779 and 3777 in Mukim 4 and on which Apartment Blocks 6, 8 and 9 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 5.

”.
