Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 284A of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Disapplication of Division 2 of Part XIII) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 22 March 2018.

Disapplication of Division 2 of Part XIII of Act

2. The Authority declares that Division 2 of Part XIII of the Act does not apply to an offer of units in a collective investment scheme issued by Bayfront Infrastructure Capital Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201802471D) on or before 30 June 2018, where the aggregate principal amount of all the issued units does not exceed US$500 million.
