(Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3)
Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 25 February 2025.
Amendment of Ninth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Ninth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 4, after paragraph (5), insert —
“(5A)Food Safety and Security Act 2025 (Part 9 and matters relating to health promotion only)”.
Amendment of Fifteenth Schedule
3.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024, in the Fifteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 3(2), before sub‑paragraph (a), insert —
“(aa)Food Safety and Security Act 2025 (but not Part 9 and matters relating to health promotion)”.
