Passports Act

Passports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Passports Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Passports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  The First Schedule to the Passports Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

(1) Republic of Singapore International Passport (validity not exceeding 10 years)
 
(a) 64 pages

(b) second and subsequent replacement

(3) Republic of Singapore Passport for travel between Singapore and West Malaysia (validity not exceeding 10 years)

(4) Visa for aliens of any nationality who are permanent residents of Singapore for the purpose of direct re-entry from West Malaysia only
No fee.
3.  The nationals of the following countries shall be charged fees as shown below:
