(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) (Cancellation) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(5) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) (Cancellation) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.
Cancellation
2.  The Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1, 2000 Ed.) is cancelled.

Made this 24th day of March 2000.
