(Commencement) Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Food Safety and Security Act 2025 (Commencement) Notification 2025.
2.  Section 402 of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025 comes into operation on 27 February 2025.
