Public Entertainments (Amendment) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. Table A of the Second Schedule to the Public Entertainments Rules is deleted and the following Table substituted therefor:

Monthly fee

(a) 200 persons or less

$150.

(b) 201 persons to 600 persons

$360.

$630.

(d) More than 1,000 persons

$900.
