Control of Plants (Plant Health Services Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Control of Plants Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Control of Plants (Plant Health Services Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2002.

Revocation

2. The Control of Plants (Plant Health Services Fees) Rules (R 7) are revoked.
