Authority (Assignment of Function)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Assignment of Function) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 23 March 2018.

Additional function

2. The Minister for Finance assigns to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority the function of assisting in the publication of accounting standards made or formulated by the Accounting Standards Council established under the Accounting Standards Act (Cap. 2B).
