Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 2003

Variation of Responsibility of Prime Minister

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 2003, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 620/2001) —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Elections Department.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “Registry of Political Donations.”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Elections.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Political Donations.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 2003.
