(Chapter 13)
Arms and Explosives (Movement Control) (Amendment) Rules 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1) of the Arms and Explosives Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Arms and Explosives (Movement Control) (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  Rule 2 of the Arms and Explosives (Movement Control) Rules (R 4) is amended by deleting the word “President” in the 2nd line of paragraph (c) of the definition of “authorised officer” and substituting the word “Minister”.

Made this 22nd day of March 2001.
