Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Home Affairs) (Amendment) Notification 2003

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Home Affairs

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 2003, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Home Affairs) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 628/2001) —

(a)	by deleting the words “Singapore Immigration & Registration.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies” and substituting the words “Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.”;
(b)	by deleting the words “Registry of Political Donations.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”;
(c)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Internal Security.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Border Security.”; and
(d)	by deleting the words “Political Donations.” under the heading “Subjects”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Home Affairs) (Amendment) Notification 2003.
