(Exemption) (No. 14)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Mystery Jackpot” promotion to be held from 23 March 2018 to 23 June 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draw to be held as part of that promotion at Casino Atrium 2 at Marina Bay Sands daily starting at 6 a.m. on 23 March 2018 and ending at 11.59 p.m. on 23 June 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
