| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2010. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Daiwa Securities SMBC Singapore Limited” in item (5)(c) and substituting the words “Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore Limited”.
