(Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 14 January 2022.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) is amended by deleting paragraph (8) of item 15 under the heading “Subjects” and substituting the following paragraph:

“(8) Public Service (Service Commissions) Act 1956”.
