(Amendment No. 2) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the Schedule to the Charities Act 1994, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Charities (Exempt Charities) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 91/2011) —

(a)	in item (7), replace “(Cap. 109)” with “1966”;
(b)	in item (8), replace “(Cap. 286)” with “1970”; and
(c)	in item (9), replace “(Cap. 193A)” with “1991”. [G.N. No. S 10/2017]
