Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(e), (f) and (h), come into operation on 1st April 2005.

(2) Paragraph 2(e), (f) and (h) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th March 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the third column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean”;
(b)	by deleting the names “Mr Koh Yong Guan” and “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in the third column of item 1;
(c)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 1, the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan”;
(d)	by deleting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan” in the third column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo”;
(e)	by deleting the name “Mr Heng Swee Keat” in the third column of item 2;
(f)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 2, the name “BG(NS) Choi Shing Kwok”;
(g)	by deleting the name “Mr Chiang Chie Foo” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon”; and
(h)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Mrs Tan Ching Yee” in the third column of item 6, the name “Mr Heng Swee Keat”. [G.N. Nos. S 585/2004; S17/2005]
