Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.
Deletion of regulation 17
2.  Regulation 17 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) Regulations (Rg 3) is deleted.
