Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 23 March 2018.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 07296T of MK 18 at 1 Ang Mo Kio Street 21 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Secretary of the Trustees of the Methodist Church in Singapore to the competent authority on 8 June 2017.
