Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
(Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 March 2025.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations (Rg 7), in the Second Schedule —

(a)

replace the Schedule reference with —

“Regulation 43 and Third Schedule”; and

(b)

in paragraph 1, delete sub-paragraph 1.34.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. In the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations, in the Third Schedule, in paragraph 2, replace sub‑paragraphs 2.1.10 and 2.1.11 with —
