Dangerous Fireworks Act
(Chapter 72)
Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2003.
(2)  This Notification shall come into operation on 1st April 2003 and shall remain in operation until 31st March 2004 (both dates inclusive).
Exemption
2.  Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by a company specified in Part I of the Schedule for or on behalf of any person in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II of the Schedule.
