(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gambling Duties Act 2022, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Gambling Duties Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 46 and 52(1), (12), (13) and (14) of the Gambling Duties Act 2022 come into operation on 1 March 2022.
