(Revocation) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Assignment of Function) (Revocation) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 April 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the following Notifications:

(a)	the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Assignment of Function) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 532/2011);
(b)	the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Assignment of Function) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 137/2018).
